Restart all over again : What a Great Opportunity !
After the very snowy end of season in April 2025, my associate and myself had a real disagreement on the way we were seeing the future of the company we had set up. He was complaining he was working too much and wanted to separate our activity while keeping the brand for which I had put so much energy and spirit while he was doing nearly all the administration. Taking in all the benefit from the experience
How ever deceived I was, I decided to take it positively as this is the best effects of each experience good or bad I am creating in my life. It was not easy and still I work on sending good vibes to the different friction points that remain in memory. Over all I want to express my gratitude and tell here all What I could learn :
Every character has skills one should learn from
This is not an exhausting list but I learnt :
How much more and constantly I can give my work force
How much I should give importance to each spending
How much time it takes to understand how the administration works
How much it is important to practice Yoga everyday
How much the body needs of care and attention when teaching Snowsports on a full season basis
How much It is important to make things clear from the beginning 😉
How much it is important to speak positively to and of eachother
and how much it is important to count on myself only to go up the mountain I scope 🙂
